STEP 2 ORDER
 
When the address for receipt is confirmed during the order, the actual order will be placed.
Please note that cancellations are not possible after the order is made.
After placing the order, you can check the estimated arrival time and delivery start time via email and My Delivery step by step.
STEP 3 DELIVERY
 
When the delivery start time is sent, please wait at the pickup location.
Please check the delivery number when you receive it.
STEP 4 COMPLETED
 
After the delivery is complete, a delivery completion email will be sent.
  • 1. Delivery orders are available from KST 13:00 ~ 21:00. However, orders may not be accepted depending on the situation of local stores.
  • 2. Delivery times may vary due to road conditions. You can check the estimated arrival time through My Delivery and emails.
  • 3. Once the status changes to "Order," you cannot cancel or change the product.
  • 4. If you do not enter the correct address and information, your order may not be accepted.
  • 5. Customer service through chat is available from KST 13:00 ~ 22:00.
  • 1. Once the status changes to "Order," refunds cannot be issued. However, you can get a refund while in the "Wait" status through Channel Talk consultation.
  • 2. Refunds cannot be issued for delivery accidents caused by incorrect address entries or lack of awareness regarding delivery times.
  • 3. If delivery is not possible due to local circumstances, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.
  • 4. If the delivery address is incorrect or cannot be confirmed, we will contact you through Channel Talk to request the correct address. If there is no response within 30 minutes, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • 1. Orders may be canceled before delivery due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, heavy rain) or unavoidable circumstances at the store.
  • 2. Deliveries cannot be made to locations that are inaccessible due to specific security systems. Refunds will not be issued if the delivery is returned. For hotel deliveries, the delivery personnel cannot access guest rooms due to security policies. Please be prepared to receive your order in the lobby at the scheduled time.
